Morgan Foley
Founder of Neurodivergent Nomads
Morgan is a 25 year old content creator, travel lover, and founder of Neurodivergent Nomads. After graduating from Roger William University in 2023 Morgan started her career as a social media content creator documenting her life as a late diagnosed autistic adult. On social media Morgan shows her daily life, talks about her struggles as an autistic adult, advocates for autism awareness, and documents her travels.
After realizing that there was a gap in the travel world, Morgan began hosting group trips for neurodivergent people like herself. Her goal was to bring neurodivergent people together, find community, and travel with likeminded people. She hosted her first neurodivergent group trip in June of 2025. It was an amazing experience for her and made her realize that creating accessible travel for neurodivergent people was her calling.
A few months later she started working on creating her own travel company that focused on accommodating neurodivergent people. Morgan launched Neurodivergent Nomads in July of 2026.
Today, Morgan is a full time content creator and business owner. She also hosts many of the Neurodivergent Nomads group trips and enjoys traveling and bonding with the Neurodivergent Nomad community.
Sofi Elkin
Head of Latin America Trips
Sofi is a Peruvian-Costa Rican freelancer, content creator and group trip host. She studied Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies along with Public Leadership at the University of Maryland. You can usually find her either working from her couch with a cat on her lap, or sleeping on an airport floor on a 12 hour layover.
She met Morgan on social media where they are both content creators in the neurodivergent community. Sofi shares her life online, including her experiences with ADHD, autism, CPTSD and chronic illness. Having spent half her life in Costa Rica as a a third culture kid and the other half in the USA as an immigrant, she never felt like she belonged anywhere until she joined the neurodivergent space online and hosted her first neurodivergent group trip.
Her passion for travel has been reignited ever since, and she started working with Morgan to create neurodivergent-friendly itineraries. She’s ecstatic to be part of the Neurodivergent Nomads community and help ND folks experience the magic of Latin America while working with the locals so they can thrive too.
